Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the UK and to selected countries worldwide. Please note that we do not offer shipping worldwide on products over 2kg. Shipping rates will vary based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery location. You can view the shipping options and costs at checkout before placing your order.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it, subject to availability. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can track your package's delivery status.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories, manuals and other documentation.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the product was defective or we made an error in processing your order.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the value of the returned item.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund or process an exchange, as applicable, within 10 business days. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on opened software, needles, knifes/blades or custom orders.
