5.3. Cutting Machines – 3 Month Back-to-Base Guarantee
All cutting machines purchased from Infinity Sewing Limited come with a 3 month back to base guarantee.

5.4. Warranty/Guarantee Period and Coverage
Your warranty/guarantee period starts from the date of your invoice and covers hardware failure, and includes the cost of parts and labour.

5.5. Back-to-Base Definition
A “back-to-base” warranty means that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for any reason.

5.6. Unauthorised Repairs / Tampering
Please be aware that any unauthorized tampering with the goods in any manner, including but not limited to disassembly, modification, or repair not carried out by an authorized service technician from Infinity Sewing Limited, will render the warranty/guarantee void. To ensure the integrity of your warranty coverage, only authorized personnel from Infinity Sewing Limited are permitted to perform repairs, servicing, or modifications on the equipment.
