How to Replace Needles:

1. Power Down and Disconnect: Before any maintenance, switch off and unplug the overlocker to prevent accidents.

2. Raise the Needle Bar: Utilize the lever or knob on most Juki overlockers to elevate the needle bar to its highest point, facilitating needle removal and replacement.

3. Loosen Needle Set Screws: These screws secure the needles. Use a small screwdriver or provided tool to loosen them counterclockwise, avoiding complete removal.

4. Remove Old Needle(s): Carefully extract the old needle(s) once the set screws are loose, taking care to avoid contact with their sharp ends.

5. Insert New Needle(s): Gently place the new needle(s) into the needle holders, ensuring they are pushed up as far as possible.

6. Tighten Needle Set Screws: Using the screwdriver or provided tool, secure the needle set screws by rotating them clockwise. Avoid excessive tightening to prevent damage.

7. Lower the Needle Bar: Return the needle bar to its original position by reversing the steps used to raise it.
