Leather Point (LR) needles are precision-crafted tools designed to create the smallest punctures in leather, ensuring quality results. Unlike standard "spear point" needles that often cut through leather and synthetic fabrics like PVC, causing unsightly holes, LR point or diamond-point needles expertly pierce leather without causing any damage. This not only maintains the leather's integrity but also reduces heat production due to decreased friction during sewing.

Groz Beckert LR Point needles are versatile and suitable for soft, medium, and hard leather. These needles cut through leather at a 45° angle in the sewing direction, producing slightly to moderately slanted stitches, depending on the leather type. The stitched thread appears slightly raised, making the stitch holes clearly visible. These needles are perfect for adding decorative seams to various leather products, including shoes, bags, leather garments, and suitcases. They are compatible with most Flatbed sewing machines.
