The Z-8550A and Z-8560A models come equipped with a sealed oil tank that supplies constant clean oil only to the rotary hook, ensuring no oil around the needle bar and thread take-up mechanism, thereby preventing oil staining. The direct drive system eliminates belt shaving, keeping products clean.

Versatile Zigzag Patterns The machine includes basic plain zigzag, 3-step zigzag, scallop patterns, and T-stitches, providing a total of 8 types and 14 sewing patterns built-in. Users do not need multiple cams for each pattern, offering excellent cost performance.

Custom Sewing Patterns Users can store their original sewing patterns in the machine, adding value to products through decorative stitching. Applications include ladies' wear, knitted articles, neckerchiefs, towel handkerchiefs, foundation garments, and swimwear. Data handling is simple with CF cards (up to 99 patterns with a total of 49,500 stitches, 500 stitches or less per pattern). Sewing patterns can be created via the operation panel or sewing data programming software PS-300B (optional).

High-Speed Precision The electronic zigzag stitchers ensure the needle moves perpendicular to the material, preventing needle deflection and position slippage, even at high speeds. The pulse motor with servo control adopted for the zigzag mechanism further enhances position accuracy.
