Key features of the SERV 7 include a hump scarf, which creates a larger thread loop easily caught by the hook, and blade reinforcement, which greatly enhances needle stability. This design allows for the use of a smaller needle size without compromising stability, optimizing fabric displacement and minimizing stitch holes.

The SERV 7 needles are reinforced by 15%, with some sizes reaching up to 20% reinforcement, making them highly resistant to bending. This durability ensures that the needle is less likely to damage machine parts like the hook, looper, or throat plate.
