The Rasor SW12 is the largest and most advanced bench cutting machine from Rasor, with over 30 years of excellence in the market. Designed for high-thickness cutting applications, it features a 120mm diameter knife capable of cutting fabrics up to 50mm thick. The powerful 180W motor, combined with durable bronze and steel coupling gears, provides high torque and a blade speed of 850 RPM. This makes the SW12 ideal for textile and technical fabrics, particularly suitable for cutting high-thickness materials such as mattresses, foams, and natural fibers across multiple layers.

The innovative push-button sharpening system allows the knife edge to be sharpened in under 10 seconds without removing the knife. Its Teflon®-coated aluminum cutting base, equipped with rollers, ensures smooth feeding of materials by reducing friction between the platform and the fabric. The SW12 is the ultimate professional bench cutting machine for thick materials.

Description

The Rasor SW12 is designed to cut robust fabrics cleanly and efficiently, with a blade and counterblade that remain in constant contact. The high-quality steel blade ensures a smooth, fray-free cut, making it perfect for various applications, including textiles, tanning, polymers, thermoacoustic insulators, padding, neoprene, filters, synthetic fabrics, carpets, and automotive and marine interiors. The cutter's 120mm blade diameter and 180W motor provide impressive cutting capabilities, handling thicknesses up to 5 cm. Its large sliding bearing base allows effortless movement across work surfaces.

A built-in sharpener enables quick blade maintenance without disassembly, ensuring continuous cutting performance.
