For over 40 years, the DS504 has been Rasor’s most compact, powerful, and professional electrical hand-held cutting machine. The DS504, now at its sixth upgrade with the 2023 model, represents the pinnacle of cutting technology and safety. Weighing just 950 grams, it combines an ergonomic design with a 90W balanced and quiet motor, making it an essential tool across various fields.

The DS504 features a reinforced body and bronze/steel gear coupling, generating high torque that allows it to cut not only textiles but also technical fabrics and leather. With a cutting speed of 1900 rpm, it delivers ultra-fast, precise cuts. The maximum cutting thickness is 9mm, and the integrated push-button sharpening stone allows for quick blade maintenance in under 10 seconds without removing the blade.

Description: The new foot design of the DS504 ensures quick and effective cutting, even with narrow bending radii. One standout feature is the ability to sharpen the blade while still mounted, using the integrated grinding wheel. This allows for immediate continued use after sharpening. Weighing only 950g, the DS504 is both lightweight and highly maneuverable, facilitating rapid and precise cuts.

The high-power motor, with its balanced design and high-speed operation, minimizes vibrations and complies with European Directive No.2002/44/EC on mechanical vibrations. Made from high-quality steel and bronze, the mechanical parts require minimal lubrication after extended use.
