Equipped with DigiFlex Feed (DFF) — the world's first electronic feed control system — this machine addresses common sewing issues like needle breakage, puckering, and material slippage, especially on thick or multi-layered fabrics. The premium thread trimming system cuts thread right beneath the needle, leaving only 3mm of remaining thread, reducing the need for after-trimming and improving finish quality.

Featuring a color LCD touchscreen panel, upper thread holding device, and automated crossover seam detection, this machine adapts dynamically to changes in fabric thickness. It's part of Brother’s IoT-ready NEXIO series, allowing production monitoring and software upgrades via USB.
