The Santian ST-50 50mm Mini Round Knife Electric Fabric Cutting Machine is a compact and lightweight handheld cutter designed for fast, accurate cutting of light to medium-weight fabrics and textiles.

Powered by a 60W electric motor with a blade speed of approximately 2,600 RPM, the ST-50 uses a 50mm round knife blade to provide smooth, controlled cutting through fabric up to approximately 10mm in height.

Its compact handheld design makes it particularly useful for garment manufacturing, tailoring, upholstery, textile workshops, sample rooms and other applications where a larger industrial cutting machine may not be required.

BUILT-IN BLADE SHARPENING

The Santian ST-50 features an integrated blade grinding system to help maintain the cutting edge of the round knife.

The sharpening mechanism can be operated using the abrasive button, allowing the blade to be sharpened without completely dismantling the cutter.

For optimum cutting performance, the abrasive wheel should be kept clean and replaced when excessively worn.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

BLADE REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT

Before removing or replacing the blade, always disconnect the cutting machine from the electrical supply.

Rotate the blade until correctly aligned with the abrasive wheel hole, insert the appropriate cylindrical pin and use a suitable flat screwdriver to loosen or secure the knife locking screw.

Replacement components should be installed in the correct order according to the machine parts arrangement.
