The Juki LU-2860ADS/JEUX0031-700 is a semi-dry, direct-drive, unison feed, lockstitch machine equipped with a vertical-axis hook and a 700mm long arm (FIR Version). It features a one-touch reverse feed switch and a multi-functional 6-string switch that allows for easy adjustments to the alternating movement of the walking foot and presser foot, as well as stitch length changes with a single switch.

The LU-2800 Series long arm has been extended to enhance the wide bed area, significantly improving workability. The machine arm has been lengthened from 350mm to either 1m or 750mm, making it ideal for sewing large objects that are typically challenging to fit under a sewing machine head. The high-torque direct-drive motor supports the sewing of heavyweight materials, offering improved responsiveness, quick startup, and higher stop accuracy. The long arm model is available with 1-needle or 2-needle versions, and in 750mm or 1m arm lengths. This model is manufactured in the EU.

The LU-2800 Series Long Arm has double the length of the standard model, increasing the distance to the needle and greatly improving machine workability. The standard LU-200 series arm length of 35cm has been extended to either 1m or 70cm to meet various requirements. Similar to the standard LU-2800 series, this model features a high-torque direct-drive motor suitable for heavyweight materials, enhancing stopping accuracy, responsiveness, and reducing power consumption compared to conventional models.

• Double Tension Standard: Easily set single or double tension through the multi-functional 6-string switch, ideal for thicker materials.
• Multi-functional 6-String Switch: In addition to the one-touch reverse feed switch, this switch allows for easy adjustments to the walking foot and presser foot movements and stitch length.
• Walking-foot/Presser-foot Alternating Vertical Movement Mechanism: Maintains a consistent ratio between the walking foot and presser foot's vertical movements, regardless of material changes. The alternating vertical movement can be adjusted up to 9mm and is easily set through the upper section of the machine.
• Hand Pulley: A hand wheel is included in the middle of the machine arm for both 1m and 70cm versions, enabling easier operation with the extended arm.
