The Schmetz 134 DI industrial needle is designed with a diamond (DI / DIA) cutting point, engineered to create a precise rhombic incision in tough materials like hard leather, dense synthetics, and thick bag layers.

With four cutting edges, the DI point offers easier penetration and less resistance than other leather needle points, reducing needle deflection and producing a very straight and clean seam. It is especially suitable for manufacturers sewing footwear, luggage, belts, saddlery, or leather upholstery.
