The Schmetz 134 SES (also known as 135X5 SES, DBX1 SES, DPX5 SES) is a versatile industrial sewing needle designed with a SES point (light ball point) – ideal for modern sewing operations that demand clean, damage-free stitching on knitwear, lightweight denim, laminated textiles, and medium to heavy woven fabrics.

Unlike sharp points that pierce fibres directly, the SES point gently pushes threads aside, minimising breakage and skipped stitches. This makes it the preferred choice for manufacturers working with both natural and synthetic textiles, especially when a smooth, professional seam is essential.
