The Schmetz 134 PCR industrial sewing needle is engineered for strength and thread protection when working with leather, laminated materials, and coated textiles. Featuring a narrow wedge point (P / NW), this needle creates a lenticular incision at a 90° angle to the seam direction, resulting in high-strength, clean seams.

The unique PCR design includes a twist groove on the right side below the eye, making it ideal for machines with hooks positioned to the left. It is also the perfect choice for the right-hand needle in twin needle lockstitch machines.

This twist groove helps guide the thread safely through the fabric, preventing it from rubbing over the cutting edge or the eye, which significantly reduces thread fraying and damage.
