25MM CUTTING CAPACITY

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

MAINTENANCE

Regular maintenance will help maintain cutting performance and extend the working life of the Santian ST-70.

• Regularly remove lint, fibres and cutting debris from around the blade and machine.
• Clean or replace the abrasive sharpening wheel when required.
• Lubricate the worm gear approximately 2–3 times per month, depending on usage.
• Lubricate the blade as appropriate to help reduce friction during cutting.
• Inspect the motor carbon brushes periodically and replace them when worn.
• Always disconnect the machine from the electrical supply before carrying out maintenance or replacing components.

BLADE REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT

Always disconnect the ST-70 from the electrical supply before removing or replacing the blade.

Align the blade with the sharpening wheel hole and use the appropriate locking pin and tool to release or secure the blade.

Ensure the blade and all retaining components are correctly installed and securely fastened before reconnecting and operating the machine.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
