The MP170-MIX(P) Sew Mate Cloth Marking Pencils are professional 170mm fabric marking pencils supplied as a convenient 3-pack of mixed colours for sewing, embroidery, tailoring and garment production.

Having a selection of marking colours allows you to choose a suitable contrasting colour for the fabric being worked on, helping markings remain clearly visible across different shades and materials.

The marking material is protected by a wooden pencil casing and is used in much the same way as conventional tailors chalk. The pencil format provides a controlled marking point, making it particularly useful for fine lines, sewing references, embroidery work, pattern marking and garment construction.

The marking compound is manufactured from a combination of wax, colour, clay and surfactant.

A brush cap is provided for removing suitable markings by light brushing. Always test the pencil on a spare or inconspicuous piece of fabric before marking the main work to ensure the marks can be removed satisfactorily.
